"The manager was of no help in helping me change a room reservation date. His option to me was to book another room for the date needed and then call customer service to see about cancelling prior reservation. Then I get to the room and there is no soap,or shampoo, or body wash in the shower tub or sink near bathroom I call downstairs and they tell me that I would need to go back downstairs into the lobby and I could get some at front desk counter . They didn't even offer to bring it to my room if I can avoid ever staying at that facility I will"

"Our bathtub had hair in the drain. There were some little black bugs on the floor in the bathroom. When we arrived for check-in, the girl behind the counter waited on us. Got the job done, period. No real greeting or smile - did not feel welcoming."

"Can't beat for the rate. Could use some upgrades in the bathroom and general maintenance but didn't care at the price. Bed was super comfortable and sleep great."

"We stayed at the casino hotel for our jr rodeo finals as we have been here in years past ,the pool again 3yr in a row never filled they offered no premium rate to our rodeo families had they. more would have booked rooms ,they didn’t have enough staff to maintain the demand for their restaurants most families drove into town to eat needless to say we will be asking our board to look for another facility to accommodate our association"

"Beautiful getaway"

"The first thing that I noticed was that the pool was dirty. I had wanted to swim, but I wasn't going to swim in that pool. There were what looked like permanent residents sitting on the stairs near our room, smoking cigarettes and others lounging in chairs outside their rooms. After we returned from dinner we were watching a movie and it sounded like they were having a party outside. It started to quiet down between 10:30 and 11:00 and we were able to get to sleep. There were crickets in our bathroom. I killed several, or I thought I did. Either they didn't die or they were coming out of the walls. Getting dressed after a shower shouldn't require that I have to avoid constantly moving crickets. The sheets were clean, the room was clean, the TV worked and there was an adequate selection of things to watch. The shower was clean, everything stocked - clean towels. Oh, one more thing. Most of the parking spots were for compact vehicles. We had to park halfway across the parking lot from our room. I survived, but I will never stay there again."

"Conveniently located, just off US10. Excellent access to gas stations, pharmacy, medical, restaurants (affordable). Good sized ADA rooms on first floor. No smokings rooms but smokers just sit right outside the doors and smoke even thought there’s an open space made available. Pet friendly. Former Motel 6 so it’s a good, affordable 3 star motel. Staff were very pleasant and agreeable to deal with."

"Clean and comfortable. Surprisingly not too noisy. Overall, good for one night."

"This is the second time I rented the property and it’s as good as I remember. Couple of dinners made with nothing need other than the food. The beds are comfortable. The shower pressure is great. Love the TV’s (maybe add one to the queen size room). This home feels like home!! Really close to EAC, you could walk..The standard has been set when it comes to renting another home. Thank you!!"
